1. Part of the Team that helped in ensuring that Gulf Air B.S.C (c) is compliant with the laws of Kenya upon its registration in Kenya by the Law Firm. My role in this process included securing statutory obligations such as PAYE, NSSF, VAT, among others.
2. Part of the team that developed a case strategy for Red Dot Distribution Limited to recover unremitted stamp duty of KES 3,822,300 from one of its service providers.
3. Part of the team that developed a case strategy for debt collection for amounts totalling to approximately KES 9.13M owed to Farmworks Farming Services Kenya Limited, Speedaf Logistics Kenya and Karooooo Kenya Limited.
4. Part of the team that developed project strategy for Hephé Palace on transactions concerning sale of apartments, including preparation of letters of offer and sale agreements. This a luxury apartment project expected to have 644 units at the heart of Westlands, Kenya.
