O’Bang Law advised and restructured an intended partnership into a shareholding relationship between two entities to enhance their commercial structure targeting the Kenyan market, which would also enhance statutory compliance for a common goal in the global financial sector in North America, being Canada under the Financial Transactions and Reports Analysis Centre of Canada (FINTRAC), while in Kenya to focus on sectors regulated by the Central Bank of Kenya (CBK) and the Capital Markets Authority (CMA).
