Overview
Purity Njaramba is a driven and emerging lawyer with keen interest in Litigation, Corporate, Commercial Law and Intellectual Property Law. She supports the Litigation and Corporate Department through legal drafting of court pleadings, case submissions, policy analysis, legal compliance and strategic legal research. Owing to her proficiency in case research and analysis, she has assisted in devising effective case strategies geared towards successful case representation.
She brings collaborative professionalism through shared legal expertise and intellectual rigor aimed at supporting strong client outcomes. She was:
- Part of the team that developed a debt-collection case strategy totaling approximately KES 6.3 million.
- Part of the team that developed a project strategy for a Private Client involving the purchase of an apartment unit worth more than KES. 35 million, in which we conducted due diligence and advised the Client on the best way forward.
