Terms of Service
Letter of Engagement (LoE)
Our Terms of Services are guided by our Letter of Engagement, which can only be effective upon reaching a consensus on the scope of work, billing, deliverables, among other items.
Service Level Agreement (SLA)
Our services may be acquired through a Service Level Agreement that would have been signed between our Law Firm and your entity.
Local Purchase Order (LPO)
We may have consensus on various deliverables and define our fees resulting in your issuance of an LPO for our office to render your entity the required legal services.
Making a complaint
In the event of any uncomfortable situation that cannot be addressed with the Law Firm’s staff you are in contact with, feel free to directly reach out to the Partner in charge of that particular assignment and the issue will be looked into within fourteen (14) days period.
