O’Bang Law represented a shareholder (Satinderpal Khalsa Singh) in Hospitality Technology Solutions Limited (“company”) by commencing a Derivative Claim against a co-director shareholder in favour of the Company. The co-director shareholder diverted business to his new entity, causing the Company to lose significant revenue, and attempted to commence insolvency proceedings to wind up the Company.
The preliminary findings of the derivative suit established that our Client has the right to initiate judicial proceedings in favour of the Company, and has secured interim injunctions, operational mandatory injunctions, and an order to produce the books of account of the new entity, which is solely owned by the co-director shareholder, in Court.
