O’Bang Law advised Kilimall on an investigation by the Pharmacy and Poisons Board (PPB) concerning one of the products advertised by a third party on its platform and clarified to the regulator the commercial model of Kilimall as one that does not require licensing from PPB, and how best the two entities can collaborate for a common goal.
Our input clarified how best to assess various models of SaaS solutions and how best the private sector can collaborate with government agencies to ensure that government agencies, in this case, PPB, are able to implement their respective policies.
