She excels in stakeholder management, government relations, and strategic negotiation. Flora’s expertise spans policy analysis, legal research, and legislative review, strongly focusing on integrating marginalized communities into policy frameworks. Her work includes significant contributions to climate change legislation and recycling initiatives, benefiting smallholder farmers and marginalized individuals. She is a Masters in Research and Public Policy candidate at the University of Nairobi and received the African Young Graduates and Scholars Excellence Award in 2023.
