We advised Payment Service Providers (PSPs) and Online Foreign Exchange Platforms that have payment solutions that incorporate cryptocurrency related products based on various local regulatory factors as put in place by Central Bank of Kenya (CBK) and Capital Markets Authority (CMA).

Represented lender on a $125,000,000+ refinancing of various credit facilities for a multinational manufacturer with assets located across Canada and in the United States.
