Marvine Gabriel

Marvine Gabriel is a legal assistant at O’Bang Law. He joined the firm in September 2023 and has trained in the firm’s Corporate, Commercial & Litigation Department, (where he continues to work).

Gabriel has experience in conducting legal research and has assisted in transactions involving advising in corporate matters, commercial matters, litigation, and Alternative Dispute Resolution. He is involved in Legal Opinions and preparation of various court pleadings that have birthed positive outcomes including withdrawal of cases, resort to amicable settlement, and judgments being entered for the Client issues under his care. Owing to his proficiency in both English and Kiswahili languages, he has assisted an International Corporate Client in translating its policies  to local language for easier comprehension by local employees. He was also part of the Team at O’Bang Law which made successful Recommendations concerning Fiscal Budget for the Financial Year 2024/2025 to the Ministry of National Treasury & Economic Planning specifically on Digital Marketplace and payment service providers.
